Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for individually booked sessions. No refunds will be given where cancellations give less than 24 hours notice. Where a session is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice and is part of a block booking, then you may choose to book on another session. This does not include block bookings for Children's Pole Fitness due to the limited number of classes per week.
