Our studio contains 4x poles which will run on a 2 to a pole policy, which means if you are in a full capacity class you will be required to share a pole.

Please arrive 5 minutes before class is due to start. If you are more than 5 minutes late you will be unable to attend the class.

Refunds for late students will NOT be issued.

A thorough warm up is required to reduce the risk of injury. Due to this, students will not be able to attend class if they are late.

48 hr cancellation is required. If you have booked a 4-week package you can reschedule another date in that same week if spaces are available.

Monthly payments are non-refundable but will secure you place in classes.

Students will be required to fill out a waiver before taking part in any classes/ events or workshops. It is also the student’s responsibility to inform the instructor of any change to their medical conditions.

Payments for classes and monthly packages will be required to be paid in full before being added to the class.

Skin contact is necessary for pole fitness. Shorts, t-shirts, vest tops to be worn. Also, any pole attire that you feel comfortable in.

Do NOT apply creams or lotions to your skin 24 hrs before attending a class. This will make the poles slippery.

No jewellery should be worn whilst poling – no rings, bracelets, anklets.

Any injuries within class must be reported to an instructor at the time of occurrence. This information will be recorded.

Spotting by the instructor is to be expected unless the student declines.

Students must not spot or teach other students whilst attending class.

Students must not attempt any moves that have not been taught or demonstrated in class by an instructor.

Pole is a fun, empowering sport bringing supportive groups together. However, pole can be tiring on the body and may cause some bumps and bruising and you could run the risk of falling.

By attending these classes, you will not hold the Pole studio responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions which may be exacerbated if you participate.

If you are unsure, please ask advice from your GP before attending a pole class.

Photographs and videos can be taken in class. Please be mindful of other students and obtain confirmation that they are happy to be in the background.
